I am proud of the craftsmanship of everything I make, and want you to love your Wilhelm Seam leather goods too. If you have any problems at all, please contact me with a photo or two and explanation of your concern and I will resolve it.

All of my products are guaranteed against craftsmanship and material defects. Since leather is natural material, the warranty does not cover damage from normal wear-and-tear beyond the reasonable useful life of a product or any damage as a result of misuse or modification. Products found to be defective will be preferably repaired or otherwise replaced free of charge. Shipping costs for warranty evaluation will be paid for by the customer, and if a warranty repair or replacement is made, shipping back to the customer will be paid for by Wilhelm Seam.

Shipping & Handling

I currently only ship within the US via UPS or USPS. Items will be packaged within one week of purchase through the webshop then scanned and carried by UPS Ground or USPS Ground for delivery. 


If you would like to return an item please contact me with your order number and reason for return. I accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if you are not pleased with your purchase and will issue a full refund when each item is returned in its original condition. All returns must include product in original, new, and unused condition along with all packaging. Customer will pay for return shipping, and once the returned item is received the customer will be refunded for the item minus the original shipping fee. All returns are subject to approval. Please note that Wilhelm Seam is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Make sure to package your return with care, since items damaged in transit cannot be refunded. Please allow up to one week for refunds to be processed after the item has been received. 


If you decide you’d like to cancel an order after it had been placed, I can hold processing and issue a refund before the product has been shipped. After an order has been processed and shipped it is not possible to change an order.


Since every device screen is calibrated differently, exact product color can not be guaranteed. I do my best to accurately represent the color of the product in the photos and descriptions, but there may be some variability from different areas of the leather hide or between batches. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect minor variations from piece to piece.
